Conditions of Booking

1. Every effort is made to accomodate guests in the their preferred Villa but management reserves the right to make alterations to bookings where necessary.

2. All Villas are strictly NO SMOKING indoors. Guests will be asked to leave if found smoking indoors and will be charged a cleaning fee of $50

3. Departure- The Villa should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.If not left in a satisfactory state additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply.

4. Check out is by 10 am at the latest unless pre arranged, to allow us time to prepare the Villa for the next guests. Every extra hour will incur $50 per hour to be charged to your nominated credit card.

5. Bond - We require credit card details as security. Management reserved the right to inspect the Villas at anytime if they consider the conditions of booking to be broken.

6. When linen is wrecked by guests you will be charged a minimum of $250 (fake tans and red wine)

7. We have a no child policy, children brought without the management knowledge will be either asked to leave or pay an extra cleaning fee.

8. Guests disturbing other guests with loud music or noise is prohibited and may result in the termination of your booking.

9. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave at anytime, if any of the above conditions are broken or if guests behaviour is considered unruly. No compensation will be offered if your stay is cut short due to bad behavior and you will be expected to pay for any damage and breakages.

10. Gift certificates are non-transferable.

11. You are not permitted to take our towels or robes to Peninsula Hot Springs or the beach.

 

Cancellation Policy

1.We require a deposit of $100 to confirm your reservation. The balance of the tariff owing must be paid 1 week prior to arrival.

**All special offers or discounted deals must be paid in full at time of booking. Vouchers are non-refundable.**

2. Provided you give us (2) or more weeks notice of your Cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full less any commissions which may be due to booking agents or credit card fees or alternative dates offered.

3. Reservations cancelled with less than (14) days notice - no refund. Alternative dates may be offered.

4. On all massage bookings if cancelled within 72hours of booking time full amount will be charged to your credit card.

5. In case of a no show you will be charged full amount of booking.
